Shipping Options & Rates
We offer three convenient shipping options to get
your Featherweight Bling jewelry to you quickly and safely:
USPS Ground Advantage - FREE
Standard delivery within 3-5 business days to most locations
UPS 2nd Day Air - $10.00
Delivery within 2 business days
UPS Next Day Air - $40.00
Next business day delivery
All orders ship the next business day after
placement, regardless of what time you place your order. Orders placed on
weekends will ship the following Monday.
Processing Time
Every order is carefully prepared and ships the
next business day. There are no order cutoff times - whether you place your
order at 9 AM or 11:59 PM, it will ship the following business day. Weekend
orders placed Friday evening through Sunday will ship on Monday.
Delivery Areas & Special Considerations
We ship to all addresses within the United States,
including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam & US Virgin
Islands: Deliveries to these locations may experience
delays beyond standard delivery timeframes due to geographic location and
additional transportation requirements.
PO Boxes: We cannot deliver to PO Box
addresses. However, you may use a PO Box for your billing address if needed.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with multiple trusted carriers including
USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery. Your shipment confirmation email will
specify which carrier is handling your order and provide tracking information.
Insurance Coverage
Every shipment automatically includes $100 of
insurance coverage at no additional cost to you. This protection helps
safeguard your jewelry during transit.
Inventory & Shipping Delays
Due to higher-than-expected demand, some products
may occasionally go out of stock. We monitor inventory levels closely and
typically expect to replenish items within two weeks. If an item in your order
is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you promptly to discuss options.
Delivery Responsibility
Once we transfer your package to the shipping
carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to you as the customer. We
recommend being available to receive packages or arranging for secure delivery
options with the carrier. All shipments include tracking information so you can
monitor delivery progress.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and
accurate. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect
addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has shipped
must be arranged directly with the carrier using your tracking information.
Order Changes
Due to our next-business-day shipping commitment,
we may be unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed and
accepted. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately, though we
cannot guarantee modifications will be possible.
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with
tracking information once your order ships. This email will include your
tracking number and information about which carrier is handling your delivery.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. We also do not accept returns for weight or sizing issues as every pair of earrings has both data points conveniently displayed.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
